MANUFACTURING
Our manufacturing facility is located in Sanes, which is about 20 km from Bhavnagar city. The Locationof the facility is on the National Highway which enables us in easy transit of goods, better connectivity with the ports and cities like Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad etc.
The plant is provided with ZLD, highly efficient water handling system with Loops and clean manufacturing floor.
Two buildings are provided:
1. Manufacturing and QC
2. Utility and Engineering

BUILD UP AREA: 22,714 Sq.ft
HYGIENE REQUIREMENTS:
The plant has provided suitable washing, changing and rest areas for employees and visitors. The dress code for employees is suitably decided to meet the requirement of the job they perform. The dress provided for workmen include Shirt, Pant, Cap, footwear, safety goggles and necessary safety appliances. Areas for male and female workers and visitors are clearly separated to attain the best hygiene standards.
MANUFACTURING AREAS
The flooring is of kota stone in all areas and epoxy coated in manufacturing and processing areas and all the corners in whole building layout area are covered, to facilitate cleaning and to prevent accumulation of dust.
